Who we are

Station Street Fitness is Cottesloe’s boutique personalised training studio. We are a supportive community of hard workers. We build healthy bodies and minds with methods proven by sports science. We’re in it for the long-run.

Our programs

Strength

Our strength and conditioning sessions will give you a solid foundation for good movement patterns and new skills. A 45-minute strength class combines Olympic lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. It will make you stronger, fitter and more mobile. We focus on functional compound movements to make you stronger while remaining injury-free.

Intensity

During these sessions, we combine resistance training, agility skills and functional movements. This translates into a boost of your metabolism, improved cardiovascular fitness and an increase in endorphins. We use a multidisciplinary approach to our metabolic conditioning to prevent overly repetitive workouts. This reduces your risk of injury and increase your fitness level at a faster pace.

mobility

Our gymnastics program is designed to help increase your mobility and range of motion. As you get stronger, your body will be aligned. Adding gymnastics sessions to your workouts allows you to correct weak spot for better lifting, adjust your posture to fix pain points, and stay flexible. We believe gymnastics helps athletes develop a combination of strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and agility that’s not seen in any other training method.

Personal training

Adrien Toro brings over 10 years of expertise to Station Street Fitness. He has studied exercise and health science and has worked with hundreds of individuals over his time as a personal trainer. If a further personalised and individual approach to your fitness is what you want, Adrien’s got you covered.

Accountability & Friendship

At SSF, we are one fit family. We believe “strength in numbers” is more than just a saying. You’ll make great friends who will support, inspire and motivate you through your fitness journey.

Comprehensive training

We think “one size fits all” just isn’t right. We believe functional training programs need to be multidisciplinary for athletes to be able to develop a combination of strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and agility.

Structured beginners program

All of our new members go through an induction program. We do this to get to know you better and to make sure you know how to do the core movements safely. At SSF, we pride ourselves on personalising your experience for great results and this is where we get to know each other.

Small group classes

Our group classes are small so that you can get the attention you deserve for safe and effective workouts. All of our sessions are limited to 14 members at a time. This way we can focus on each and every one of our members for better results.

Because we know each of our member’s fitness goals very well, we guide our members during workouts as if they are the only one there. Our coaches are experts with over a decade of experience and sport science expertise.
